Art

Currently the Art department offer the following courses:

S1 - All pupils take Art and Design in S1 for two periods a week as part of the main curriculum.

S2 - All pupils take Art and Design in S2 for one period a week as part of the main curriculum. 

S3 - Pupils may select Art and Design in S3 as part of their choices.  This course runs for the whole year and is for 3 periods a week.  S3 pupils may also choose to study one of our NPA courses: Photography, Animation or Painting and this runs for the whole year and is for 3 periods a week.

Senior school pupils may select Art and Design at the following levels:

• National 3
• National 4
• National 5
• Higher
• Advanced Higher
• NPA Art and Design
• NPA Animation
• NPA Drawing
• NPA Painting
